To begin, please be sure you are signed into MSN Messenger. Once signed in you need to add us to your MSN contact list, you do this by clicking here or on the image below and pressing "OK"
This will bring up the new contact save wizard, please fill in the necessary fields and press "Save" as below
At this point we will be on your contact list. When we sign in you will see us in your list, you can now chat to us and tell us your problems
